Linalol Thyme – or Sweet Thyme – floral water is fresh, aromatic, powerful and slightly honeyed, making it ideal for savory and sweet dishes (syrups, sorbets, etc.). Antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, skin disinfectant, it’s also a good general tonic in aromatherapy (room sprays, mist diffusion).
