Very rich in methylchavicol (a molecule giving off a unique aniseed scent sought after for food flavourings – liquors and syrups in particular), and in ocimenes, tarragon essential oil – a must for its antihistamine properties – has rare qualities and a pure fragrance, linked to the land where it was born.

Appearance : clear mobile liquid
Color : colourless to light yellow
Odor : characteristic of estragol with anisic notes
