Rich in bornyl acetate, alpha-pinene, beta-3-carene and camphene, Black Spruce essential oil is mainly used for its stimulating and tonic properties in energetic aromatherapy. It is also a good airborne antiseptic when diffused. It has anti-infectious, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic properties, and is also anti-inflammatory in well-being treatments. Finally, its fragrance is used as a top note or heart note, giving it a balsamic, resinous, fresh, woody scent with slightly fruity notes.
