Rich in omega-9 and palmitic acid, hydroxytyrosol, phytosterol, squalene and vitamin E, Olive oil is highly emollient and rich. Particularly well tolerated, it is used in a wide range of formulas for the face (reactive, mature skin), body (chapped skin, nail care, hand care, bath or massage oils) and hair, which it protects, nourishes and strengthens. A must in soap-making, it is gentle and produces a creamy lather, which is fairly slow to take hold but becomes hard with time, and is sometimes used up to 100%.
