Essential oil Lemon balm (France)

Distilled by us, Lemon Balm essential oil has a very low yield and a very high concentration of active ingredients: rich in geranial, neral, citronnellal, beta-caryophyllene and germacrene-D, it contains a small amount of coumarins, so it’s mainly used for mood disorders, to relieve stomach cramps or for its fresh, lemony, slightly herbaceous scent, which is very pleasant (diffusion, perfume [as a middle note], food flavouring [cooking, pastries, liqueurs, cocktails]). It is widely used in energetic aromatherapy, where it rebalances inner conflicts.
