Marjoram essential oil has herbaceous, slightly sweet and warm base and heart notes, which are particularly surprising and interesting in perfumery and food flavouring. Rich in terpinene-4-ol, (e)thujanol, gamma-terpinene, alpha-terpinene and sabinene, it can be found in many detergent or diffusion formulas (fungicidal and antibacterial), in therapeutic aromatherapy (nerve balancer, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and digestive tonic) and energetic aromatherapy (feeling of security – helps in overcoming guilt) and in cosmetics (anti-ageing).
Appearance: Liquid.
Color: Pale to dark yellow.
