In the Auvergne region of France, it is traditionally macerated in white wine for a vanilla-flavored aperitif… Because sweet clover has an original flavor! It can be used in cooking, sweet or savoury, and for drinks and cocktails: what we call “field vanilla” has a little taste of very vanilla hay that lends itself to many experiments!
